Recently registered domain (about 2 months ago), which is inconsistent with claims of being an official application from significant financial authorities.
Claims to official regulatory status ('do Sở Giao dịch Hàng hóa Thái Lan (TCE) phát hành'), but there is no verifiable support for this on a newly registered, non-official, .lat domain.
